Privacy policy

• Account: email address, username, date of birth, gender (optional), photo and bio if you add them.
• Usage: liked content, favourites, list, viewing history, chat messages.
• Payment: handled by Stripe; we never store your card number.

This data is used solely to provide the service (access to content, chat, membership), to keep it secure and to send you emails relating to your account. We never sell any data.

When you turn on “Keep XSensora discreet”, your payments appear under the name “NovaByte Services”, and your receipts and emails become neutral (no images, no mention of XSensora). You can turn it on or off at any time from your profile.

Messages exchanged with an AI character are sent to our artificial intelligence provider solely to generate replies, and are then kept in your conversation.

Hosting: Vercel. Database and authentication: Google Firebase. Payments: Stripe. Emails: Resend. AI: Anthropic. These providers are bound by data protection clauses.

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection: from your account (one-click deletion) or by writing to support@xsensora.app. In the event of a dispute, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).
